Shipping Within the US
In-stock items usually ship within 24 hours of placing the order. We ship Monday through Friday. Most US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We can also ship UPS. Please note that UPS can not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
How are Standard Delivery shipping charges determined?
USPS Priority mail shipping costs are based on the total dollar amount of your order.

UPS ground, 1 Day, 2 Day and 3 Day shipping options are available. UPS Shipping rates are based on shipment weight and shipping address. To access these rates place items in the shopping cart, check out, select UPS shipping options and enter shipping address.
If an item is not in stock you will be notified with estimated arrival time so that you can keep it on backorder or cancel.
Additional delivery charges may apply to items that are large/bulky or especially heavy. You will be contacted if this applies to your order.
International Shipping Rates and Polices
Yes we do ship overseas! Canada is classed as overseas.

Once you select "other carriers" you will then have a pull down menu under "delivery methods" where you can select USPS Priority mail or Express mail.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. You are responsible for all extra delivery charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges or fees that may be imposed by your specific country. Please contact your customs office for more information.
Any refusal to pay the duties, taxes or applicable fees will result in the return of your order back to Team Sales Cycling. Upon receipt of your refused order, Team Sales Cycling will refund you the order amount total minus a 15% restocking fee as well as any shipping fees and taxes we incurred as a result of the returned packages. By placing your order, you are acknowledging that you understand and accept these terms that you are liable for these charges and are willing to pay them.
Large orders, heavy, and oversized items may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges apply to your order, you will be contacted by a sales representative for verification and approval before your order is shipped.
All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or Express Mail International.
Packages shipped via Priority Mail are insured for up to $67 for 1 pound packages and $70 for 2 pound packages, delivery is 6-10 days, and have online tracking.
Packages shipped via Express Mail are insured for up to $100, delivery is 3-5 days, and have online tracking. Please call us if you would like to add additional insurance.
Lost shipments are the customer's responsibility. (If you would prefer to have additional insurance please select Express Mail at the checkout). USPS does not allow inquiries into lost packages until after 30 days have passed since the shipment date. If you want a faster delivery please contact us at 503-620-8410.
